Super Sevens are classics for opening metaphysical doors with crystals. They were made popular by Melody, the author of Love is in the Earth. We have a new research geology update on these: They are now called Fabulous Fives because they are a mixture of five minerals in one: Cacoxenite (A form of amethyst), Clear Quartz, Goethite, Smoky Quartz, and Hematite. These ones are rich, red-capped and dark, bringing more root strength and vitality to the table. The internal Earth-designed formulary has been known to deliver extraordinary results when created in a grid or layout on the body. I like placing 3 of them together up on the pillow, facing the crown chakra. Then, I place one in each hand. This creates a fire triangle where the number 3 is mirrored at the crown chakra and throughout the whole triangle.
