Lost Package Policy

We are no longer responsible for your order after it is scanned in at our Post Office or the UPS store. 

Please know that we do everything correct, carefully, and standardized on our end. We print your shipping labels directly from your order on Shopify with tracking. We hand-deliver each and every order to the post office (or UPS), hand it to the post person, and watch it get scanned into the USPS (or UPS) system with tracking. We see the same tracking information that you see. We cannot be responsible for delivery after that point. We are always willing to provide order information to you so you can file an insurance claim. Email us at crystalshop@upperclarity.com.


If your tracking says “Delivered” and you are stating that you did not receive your order, the insurance will not cover your order. In that case you will need to speak to your own USPS Postal Service or UPS. There is nothing we can do on our end. We ship per Shopify guidelines directly from your purchases by printing labels and adding insurance if ordered. We ship to the address you provide at checkout. Be sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Please make sure the address it is being delivered to is as safe and secure as possible.
