When you think of apatite, you probably think of that ocean blue color. Most of that blue apatite has been heat-treated to produce that vivid color. This green apatite is what most of the blue apatite we picture in our minds actually looks like in its natural state. It’s a beautiful deep green-blue color with depth and richness. This green apatite palm pair provides you with the power and versatility of apatite, without the heat treatments or stabilizers. In addition, this green apatite is technically fluorapatite. Much of the apatite we work with in healing is fluorapatite, such as the blues, purples and bright yellows. The chemical composition of this stone contains these elements: calcium, phosphorous and fluorine. Being from Madagascar, it likely contains rare earth elements in a range from 5% to 11% of the whole stone. These extra elements include Sr, Pb, Ag, Ba, Zn, V, As and potentially others. This beautiful design delivers so much healing power and usefulness in unique applications. This is an excellent choice to explore the power of apatite without synthetic treatments
