Preseli Bluestones have become world famous through their connection to Stonehenge. Stonehenge is likely far older than conventional archeological narratives claim. Some evidence points to it being millions of years old. The ancient builders of the site did not use local stone to build it, which would be much easier. Rather, they traveled over 150  miles away to Western Wales to gather this specific stone. Why would they haul this Preseli Bluestone so far? This stone is very mineral-rich and contains quartz, dolorite, calcium, iron and many other minerals. It’s also very hard and strong, even more so than normal granite. 

Here’s the thing, though. Trying to understand this through the geology principles and the mind is not the right path, in my humble opinion. I believe that ancient people had shamans who communicated with the Earth and her stones. These ancient builders had direct communication with the stones. They understood the unique frequencies embedded in the stones, which were sourced in the Earth or the Heavens, and likely contained codes that served specific purposes for the community, the purpose of the whole site, and for its function to capture and direct celestial light.
