Here’s a cool fact: ocean jasper is actually chalcedony! This is significant to us as healers because chalcedony is generally more translucent than jasper. In the law of holographics and the law of signature, this transparency to the light tells us that chalcedony is more spiritually evolved than jasper. Perhaps chalcedonies had just a few more millenia to reflect on themselves than jaspers have.
