These are Smoky Quartz crystals polished into an orb shape. 

Smoky Quartz has been treated with gamma radiation to enhance the dark color in about 90% of the Smoky Quartz you’ll find at a common crystal shop. These gamma rays deeply affect the life-force of the crystal and its properties, such as its thermoluminescence and atomic structure. The trapped gamma rays are harmful to energetic biofields and we suggest refraining from using treated stones in healing settings. ALL of our stones are completely natural, free of heat, dyes and irradiation.

These crystals will probably tell you all that you need to know about them, step by step in your work, as they hold conversation well. Wink wink. Smoky Quartz like this is very grounding, calms chaos in the mind or the home, and is good for cohering chaotic energy like wi-fi, parasites, or infections or infestations.
